Job Description
- Designs, develops and maintains the recruitment process in the organization
- Designs and develops strategies for sourcing talents; continually source and establish optimum recruitment channels
- Builds and maintains a good working relationship with internal customers and external recruitment agencies
- Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process
- Conducts job interviews for key managerial positions
- Monitors the labor legislation and implements required changes to ensure that the organization's recruitment and hiring process is compliant
Minimum Qualifications
- Has at least 3 years of experience as HR supervisor/assistant manager with focus on talent acquisition and organizational development; preferably in a supply chain setting
- Preferably a graduate of BS Psychology or related course; graduate degree is a plus
- Connected with competitive headhunters and is knowledgeable on various talent sourcing strategies on social media
- Able to redesign organizational structures to increase both productivity and accountability.
- Able to design systems that facilitate trust, improved performance and commitment to organizational goals
- Able to redesign an organization's processes in ways that contribute to quantifiable improvements.
- Has excellent written and oral communication skills
- Decisive and driven to deliver the best possible results; has the courage and confidence to challenge others even when met with resistance
- Creative and seeks out new ways to support the organization
