Job Description
- Handle/process accounts payable of trade and non-trade accounts
- Communicate with suppliers/contractors for billing related accounts/transactions
- Analyses payable accounts
- Prepare required reports (periodic reports) weekly, monthly and quarterly
- Maintain files relared to supplier accounts
Minimum Qualifications
- Has a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related course;
- Has at least 6 months of experience in accounting;
- Has background in any of the following:
- Payables of local and imported goods and services;
- Payables of recurring payments and processing of cash advances, liquidations, and reimbursements;
- Accounts receivable and collection;
- Costing;
