Job Description

  • Handle/process accounts payable of trade and non-trade accounts
  • Communicate with suppliers/contractors for billing related accounts/transactions
  • Analyses payable accounts
  • Prepare required reports (periodic reports) weekly, monthly and quarterly
  • Maintain files relared to supplier accounts

Minimum Qualifications

  • Has a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related course;
  • Has at least 6 months of experience in accounting;
  • Has background in any of the following:
    • Payables of local and imported goods and services;
    • Payables of recurring payments and processing of cash advances, liquidations, and reimbursements;
    • Accounts receivable and collection;
    • Costing;
