Job Description
Position Summary:
The incumbent is the point person for all the manpower requirements endorsed by the HR Business Partner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures that there is a pool of headhunters who can do continuous sourcing for the Company.
- Ensures that partner agencies are government compliant before transacting business with them.
- Coordinates with headhunters for the defined manpower requirements.
- Endorses to HR Business Partner possible candidates for interviews.
- Prepares final list of successful candidates for processing of placement fees.
- Prepares payment request for placement fees
- Initiate sourcing and selection activities for easy to find positions
- Administers and evaluates exams to applicants.
- Interviews applicants and endorsed to HR Business Partner candidates.
- Ensures that the successful candidate complies with preemployment requirements.
- Prepares the endorsement for hiring and forward it to HRBP.
- Prepares the schedule & budget of cadet training in coordination with facilitators.
Minimum Qualifications
Competency Requirements:
- Analytical & Problem Solving Skills.
- Presentation and Communication Skills.
- Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality.
- Know-how of all tasks of the HRD.
- Proficiency in basic Computer applications.
Position Requirements:
- 4 year Degree in Psychology, HRDM or any related field.
- At least 1 year related work experience.
- Willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong City.
