Job Description

Position Summary: The incumbent will assist in the day-to-day operations of Collection Department by performing clerical tasks such as encoding, filing, upkeep and other documents management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assist in monitoring Accounts Receivables and month-end reconciliations
2. Prepare and monitor Collection Letters
3. Review credit terms or payment terms of clients
4. Handle accreditation or re-accreditation of clients
5. Request BIR 2307 from clients

Minimum Qualifications

Competency Requirements:

  • Analytical
  • Communication Skills
  • Proficiency in Computer applications
  • Able to maintain integrity.

Position Requirements:

Education: Graduate of 4 year Degree in Accountancy, Finance or Management.

Experience: Open to fresh graduates
