Job Description
Position Summary: The incumbent is responsible for checking the quality of works of all preventive and corrective maintenance teams on field and documenting the findings for proper corrective actions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the quality of services provided by team deployed on field meets the standard in all trade such as electrical, data cabling, uninterruptible power supply, airconditioning units and generator sets.
- Performs regular visit to branches to check the actual quality of works of the team and get feedback from client
- Prepares technical audit report on findings and provide recommendations for corrective action
- Provide assistance to workers in performing their scope of work if necessary
- Evaluate work performance of teams
- Attend operation meeting
Minimum Qualifications
Position specifications:
- Must be knowledgeable in on the basic maintenance of uninterruptible power supply, airconditioning units and generator sets
- Must demonstrate skills on problem-solving, decision making & judgement, critical thinking, time management and written communication
- Proficient in basic computer applications
- Leadership skills
- Willing to be assigned anywhere in NCR, North or South Luzon
Position requirements:
Education: Candidate must be a graduate of Electrical Engineering
Experience: At least one (1) year work experience in the same capacity or background
