Job Purpose:
- Provide administrative support to various sections of the company.
Major Responsibilities:
- Performs receptionist functions such as answering all incoming calls and handling caller’s inquiries whenever possible, re-directing calls as appropriate and taking adequate messages when required and greeting, assisting and/or directing students, visitors and the general public.
- Provides office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness such as receiving, directing and relaying telephone messages and fax messages.
- Assists in the timely dispatch of various documents to customers, institutions, corporations and other third parties.
- Assists in maintaining return-to-sender documents and records inventory.
- Performs other responsibilities that may be assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of any 4 year course.
- Experience: With at least 1 year experience in the related field
- Skill/ Knowledge: Must have good written and oral communication skills/phone etiquette familiar with Microsoft applications, conversant in English and Filipino.
- Personality: Be able to work with colleagues harmoniously. Must be organized, persistent, thorough and punctual.
