- Answer client’s queries on account opening procedures, through phone or email.
- Assist clients re process on linking a settlement bank account with the stock trading account/ internet banking access.
- In charge of receiving, processing, authorizing, and activating completed account opening forms.
- Assist in gathering information to complete deficient accounts, from time to time.
- In charge of account maintenance and authorizing of updated client’s records.
- Prepare/authorize instructions slips for any amendment in accounts.
- In charge of closing accounts upon written instructions of clients.
- Refer clients to appropriate staff/unit for inquiries or other concerns as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: College graduate of a four-year business course preferably in Marketing, Economics, Financial Management.
- Experience: 6 months to 1-year experience in customer service or back office post, must demonstrate previous success in effective people skills.
- Knowledge: Must have good customer orientation and needs assessment.
- Skills: Must have good written and oral communication skills; sensitivity in dealing with client confidentiality/confidential information. Excellent computer skills such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Personality: Must be a team player, dependable and assertive. Detail oriented, patient, has drive and initiative.
