Support and maintain systems/applications that support the business activities of the company. Some of the major responsibilities are:
- Provide user support for business information applications, and resolves user inquiries and issues.
- Provide technical support in the use of personal computer hardware printers, scanners, computer software, etc.
- Set up and configure desktop computers and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose problems and implement corrective action procedures and/or escalates to other technical resources as appropriate.
- Maintain and administer the company's network and telecom's equipment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer) or equivalent;
- Broad knowledge of different programming languages such as VB6, VB.net, and ASP.net. Basic knowledge of a wide range of network systems, protocols, and applications;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
