Job Description
- Conduct Orientation for New CIS
- Handling submitted Account Opening Forms (AOF) of CIS
- Checks CIS’ clients against AMLA Watch list
- Facilitates the payments/ transactions of clients of CIS
- Prepares Agency Production and Database Reports
- Sends updates of training schedules, meetings and data to CIS
- Handling schedules of Training Room
- Monitoring office supplies and Forms for Investors Center
- Prepares CIS clients SOAs
- Prepares communication/marketing materials related to the Agency
- Coordinates with other concerned departments for Business As Usual (BAU) matters and ad hoc projects
- Set appointments or meetings for prospective CIS
- Preparation of all requirements for expense reimbursements, check preparations and cash advance liquidation related to agency
Minimum Qualifications
- At least six months working experience doing administrative function
- Proficient in MS Office particularly MS Word, Power Point, good oral and written Communication skills
- Office Administration and Clerical Knowledge
