Job Description
- Manages and oversees the the implementation of IT projects of the company.
- Performs activities related to project management like planning and defining scope, activity planning, resource planning, time estimating, risk controls, etc.
- Identifies optimum solution to address business needs based on study and analysis.
- Prepares the request for proposal, request for quotation, and detailed technical specifications.
- Conducts proof of concepts and coordinate with the prospective vendors.
- Prepares and compiles documentations and manuals related to the implemented system.
- Conducts post implementation review and project sign-off.
- Provides direct supervision over the Application Support Officer/ Associate.
- Do other tasks which may be asked from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and other related courses.
- 3 years experience in Project Management, knowledge of SDLC.
- Working knowledge of of project management tools, Oracle database, and/ or Microsoft SQL and Access.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
