Job Description
- Facilitates the preparation of organizational charts and job descriptions of all FAMI positions
- Scouts for potential candidates for recruitment
- Assists the Division Head in the implementation of compensation, benefit and incentive programs
- Assists the Division Head in the implementation of discipline, team building, and communication programs
- Prepares and disseminated memos on employee action and movement and other HR-related matters
- Prepares check request for different HR suppliers
- Process timekeeping and attendance related documents and updates and monitor leave availed of all employees
- Remits monthly govenrment's mandated contributions and loan amortizations
- Review completeness of all submitted applications/notifications for Government Mandated Benefits and provides feedback to employee regarding application status
- Process certificate of employment and clearances for all active and separated employees a
- Maintains updated 201 files and other related documents and records
- Performs other task as may be required from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of four-year course preferably Psychology or Behavioral Science
- At least two years related work experience
- Good oral and written communication skills, good analytical skills and strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in HR facets, MS office applications
- Must be team player, adaptable and open to challenges
