Job Description
- Manage and oversee the implementation of IT projects of the company.
- Perform activities related to project management like planning and defining scope, activity planning, resource planning, time estimating, risk control, etc.
- Identify optimum solution to address business need based on study analysis.
- Prepare the request for proposal/request for quotation/detailed technical specifications.
- Conduct proof of concepts and coordinate with prospective vendors.
- Prepare and compile documentations and manuals related to implemented system.
- Follow required documentations aligned with mother company.
- Conduct post implementation review and project sign off.
- Do other tasks which may be asked from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Computer Science or other related courses.
- At least 2 years of experience in Project Management.
- Working knowledge of Project Management tools, Oracle Database, and/or Microsoft SQL and Access.
- Knowledgable of systems development life cycle.
- Problem solving and analytical skills.
- Good negotiation, time management, and leadership skills.
- Decisive, can work under pressure, dependable, and willing to work on extended hours.
