Job Description
- Facilitates submission of data/information requirements/specific report to SEC/ other regulators.
- Prepares draft or Report on Crimes and Losses and Suspicious Transaction Reports when needed and submits to Compliance Coordinator for review.
- Performs self-testing of the unit's compliance to law regulations.
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have background in Compliance
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
