Job Description
- Greet and escort customers to their tables.
- Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses.
- Inform customers about the day's specials.
- Offer menu recommendation upon request.
- Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software, order slips or by memorization.
- Communicate order details to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drink orders.
- Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests.
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate from reputable college or university
- With pleasing personality, assertive, can speak fluently in English, hardworking and trustworthy
- Can handle multi-tasking job from time to time
- Providing excellent wait service to ensure satisfaction
- Taking customer orders and delivering food and beverages
- Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information with restaurant patrons
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- And willing to assign in Makati Area

FIRST IMPERIAL CARGO, INC. (FICI) is a privately owned corporation established in April 1986. A wholly Filipino corporation, it is headed by Luis V. Vega as Chairman and President, and Mr. Adrian B. Jimenez, as Vice – President and General Manger.
In 1989, we became a qualified IATA Agent. That same year, we established a branch office at the Cavite Export Processing Zone Authority (EPZA) in Rosario, Cavite.
To accommodate the growing demand for our services, we established in February ’92 another branch in Mandaue City Cebu, The Philippines’ second largest city.
The year 2001 saw First Imperial Cargo introduce its Express Customs Clearance Service. A web based solution enabling customs clearance of import shipment within two hours after arrival.
