Job Description
Head of Learning & Development
Are you passionate about helping people learn & grow? Have you designed and delivered comprehensive learning & development programs?
FDFC is growing fast in a dynamic environment! The personal and professional development of our employees is vital to maintain the pace of this growth and you will be the central figure managing this development framework.
Scope of work
- Design learning frameworks, that are well aligned with the organization's objectives
- Embrace different styles of training techniques, and design/source learning programs
- Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
- Design/source workshops and classroom training
- Design/source and deliver e-learning courses
- Assess the success and consistently review it.
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements
- Proven experience of delivering successful programs in skill-based learning, customer service, collections, and credit verification
- A real passion for training and development
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
- Excellent command of the English lanuage, especially grammar.
