Job Description
- Coordinates with ICT section heads for all issues
- Performs team meetings
- Generates statistics and management reports.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Computer Science, BS Computer Engineering or any four year IT related course.
- Knowledgeable on ITIL process
- Experience in handling Service Desk team
- With at least 4-5 years of work experience in the helpdesk.
- With an excellent written and oral communication
- Willing to be deploy in Makati
