Job Description
- Conducts implementation support for major ICT projects by providing the necessary infrastructure requirements
- Facilitates the management and monitoring of IT-related service requests
- Performs contract management of ongoing maintenance contracts and services (i.e. of contract service levels, deliverables)
- Provides, modifies, removes rights for users to access resources or services and verifies identity and entitlement (ITUA)
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any course related to computer studies (e.g. BS IT, BS Computer Science, etc.)
- With good oral and written communication skills
- Minimum two (2) years IT-related experience
