Job Description
- Implement network security using firewalling or by other means to prevent the internal or external threat including all dial-up facility of the company
- Customize network monitoring software/s being used by the Company
- Assist network personnel in coordinating with telecommunication carrier/s or Internet Service Provider/s in case of line failure, transfer, testing and performance monitoring.
- Fine tune network infrastructure, including equipment such as routers, switches, Access points, etc.
- Plan provisions for system expansion relative to telecommunication changes.
- Plan accurate load assumptions and estimates network capacity requirements.
- Perform in the installation and upgrades of network software/s and equipment.
- Design, install, implement and/or enhance network cabling for all offices.
- Provide industry-standard network documentation (operations manual) of all network devices in the company including configuration, topology, port tagging, device mapping, etc..
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree Holder
- Minimum of two (2) year experience as a Communications Specialist
- Certified CISCO Network Associate (CCNA)
