Job Description
- Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource requirements.
- Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
- Required skills: Labor law, Organizational Skills, Performance management and coaching, Policy creation, Payroll, Recruitment.
