Job Description
- Responsible for providing technical support via phone or email to end users
- Responsible for dispatching and assigning tickets to desktop support officers
- Vendor management for escalating tickets for repairs and replacements/onsite support required
- Logging of calls, work request and complaints to the helpdesk system
- Provide regular update to users on the status of requests
- Manning of the helpdesk system
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably Female
- At least one year experience
- Willing to be assigned at Makati City
- Graduate of any IT course
- WILLING TO START IMMEDIATELY
