Content Designer  

ABOUT THE ROLE

The role will be integral as we drive further scale to the business as we will continually have a need to continually attract and acquire new customers. This means that we need to continually be at the forefront of understanding the triggers of our customers and be able to create materials that will attract them to the funnel.

The Content Designer is responsible for creating engaging marketing collaterals that span traditional to digital / social for brand, employer and product campaigns and program and support the Marketing and Communications Guild as we ramp up growth, content and marketing initiatives to acquire and retain customers through these contents.

In terms of evolving the role, we can look into increasing further responsibilities down to line, or fully transitioning the entire content agency service to an in house one with the Specialist being groomed to be the In House Creative lead.

YOUR MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and develop creative visual requirements such as, but not limited to videos, graphic designs, social media designs, illustrations, e-mailers, branding materials, presentation templates, and event related materials based on alignment with Brand and Communications Head.

Organize together and executes end to end photo and video production, including story boarding, shoot, post-editing and sound designs.

Ensuring visual content is on brand and consistent in terms of style and quality.

ABOUT YOU

Must be highly creative, efficient with time and resources, passionate about creative design.

With 1-3 years experience in graphic designs or multimedia productions with a portfolio of collected work.

Must have expert knowledge in the ff:

.Adobe Creative Suite and related tools (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effects)

A background in advertising, creative media, marketing is a big plus
