Job Description
We are looking for a highly talented individual to become a First Circle guru for our customers. While helping our users, the Support team works closely with every part of First Circle, learning the intricacies of how we build products, manage risk, acquire customers, and keep users happy.
You will be providing world-class support to our customers through many different channels of communication - including: email, phone, live chat, social media. You will be responsible for identifying the root cause of customer problems and coordinating responses from various internal departments including Product, Engineering, Data & Risk.
You will analyze requests in order to surface improvements to our product and internal processes that will drive our product development and strategy.
You're a great fit if you are empathetic, possess great analytical skills, are driven to help customers, and have the ability and desire to foster a deep understanding of our products.
Your Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Proactively look for solutions to problems and instigate changes to help scale our operations
- Optimize our internal and external documentation
- Gain unique insights into the needs of our customers and disseminate to key stakeholders
- Answer or co-ordinate answers for all inbound questions from customers or potential customers
- Drive product improvements to help make First Circle offer the best customer experience to its clients
- Have an opportunity to learn how First Circle operates from the ground up and make a real impact on the future of the organization

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
