- Ensure on-time renewal of the company vehicle registration and proper handling of the vehicle.
- Monitors insurance requisitions, insurance claims, office and other third party claims.
- Ensure proper office equipment, mobile pedesta key and vehicle key administration.
- Responsible for over all management of the cafeteria which includes proper handling of food stocks, proper allocation of kitchen resources and proper accounting of food expenses.
- Responsible for monitoring all office supplies, uniform, mobie phones and other related concerns.
- Responsible for ensuring office cleanliness and maintainance
- Ensure proper handling and implementation of dorm policies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent
- Preferably candidate with 6 months to 1 year experience in LTO and LTFRB processing.
- Good Scholastic records is a plus
- Must be computer literate, keen to details, open to learning and a team player.
- Willing to work in Manila.
