Job Description

We are looking for Risk Policy Analyst that is talented, enthusiastic and dedicated person that will help management set its strategic direction and make sound business decisions in risk perspective. Your job will be also to drive analysis of policies and how they interact with our business and the payments landscape.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements effective Credit and Fraud Risk policy that help maintain acceptable credit loss
  • Work together with internal teams on developing and implementing the policy, including but not limited to identifying good segments to support healthy business growth
  • Continuous evaluation of effectiveness of current policies and strategies, highlighting concerns if any and proposing remedial actions
  • Monitor overall credit performance based on the risk metric, and highlight for any concern arise
  • Keeping track of overall loss and growth trends, and deliver meaningful analysis to the Business as a feedback loop on adjusting business strategy

Minimum Qualifications

Key Competencies:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Financial industry, preferably on risk policy area
  • Has strong analytical skills and risk identification prevention and control capabilities
  • Have good english and communication skill (verbal & written) and able to articulate point of view and interact well with business partners
  • Have the documentation skill, able to write down the policy in the framework
  • Team player who is innovative, flexible and willing to learn in a dynamic working environment
