- Prepares graphic rendering works (Photoshop), 3D Rendering Works (Sketch-up) of conceptual layout plans, Section, Elevation and Perspective.
- Preparation of proposed layout/design, working drawings, shop drawings, As-built plans.
- Coordination with client regarding design concerns.
- Attend pre-bid meetings, project meetings and other similar events.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Architecture, Interior Design or Equivalent
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Must have strong graphic rendering skills
- Proficiency in Autocad, Photoshop and Google Sketchup is highly preferred
- Knowledge in V-Ray, Lumion and 3D Max is an advantage
- Strong creative design sens
- Knowledge of interior design terminologies is an advantage
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City
