Job Description
- Prepare relief report for VAT, and alpha list for Withholding Tax and Income Tax submission
- Ensures timely and accurate filing of monthly/quarterly/annual tax returns
- Ensures that tax reporting reconciles with the book of accounts
- Assist the auditors during the audit of taxes and compliance transactions
- Liaison to BIR for tax compliance matters
- Regular checking of new BIR issuances and updates
- Ensures accurate and timely filing of tax requirements including but not limited to Zero VAT application, and Tax Residency Certificate/Confirmation
- Other task that maybe assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in Tax reporting and compliance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Must be flexible, has initiative, and ability to perform multitask
- Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and can work with minimal supervision
