Job Description
Authorities & Responsibilities:
The Senior Business Development Executive shall assist the Business Development Manager in
achieving the department’s targeted goal by supporting and taking the lead in developing and sustaining marketing plans and identified strategies.
- Develop marketing plans, targets and budgets aligned with the company’s direction, outlook and growth strategies for the brand/product
- Understand the marketing landscape and position the brand/product based on customer insights, market trends, competitors’ activities and the brands/product overall potential
- Develop brand/product strategies, concretize targeted consumer insights and create and manage all marketing campaigns
- Monitor company’s marketing and advertising activities and budgets, and all disbursements related to marketing and sales activities vis-à-vis the brand’s/produt’s overall performance and make necessary adjustments
- Establish marketing campaigns performance specifications, cost and price parameters, identify project owners, define roles, delegate responsibilities and measure and assess results based on targets and goals
- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
- Anticipate bottlenecks and provide effective solutions
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Marketing Team, identify and monitor their deliverables and assess their performance
- Deliver timely and accurate reports requested by the client and / or management executives
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree in Marketing or related field
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the card industry
- With experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Highly creative with ability to think out of the box
- Strong analytical excellent understanding of the full marketing matrix
