Job Description
Authorities & Responsibilities:
- Maintains office facilities clean and orderly.
- Strictly observes proper disposal of garbage/ trash.
- Responsible for the inventory and safekeep of office supplies, cleaning supplies, and pantry and grocery supplies as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor.
- Maintains and ensures cleaning equipment are properly stored and organized after use.
- Perform general errands and these include bills payment, routinary transactions with private and government agencies (SSS/HDMF/PHIC/BIR) and pick-up/deliver packages/documents.
- Assist employees in handling inventory duties along with providing support in receiving, verifying and storing office supplies and equipment.
- Properly report and log any untoward incidents involving office facilities, equipment or
- those occurring within the office premises especially during duty hours.
- Performs activities that may from time to time be assigned by the management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least high school graduate or college level or its equivalent;
- At least 1 year of working experience as janitor/housekeeping utility /messenger;
- With good time management skills, flexible and hard-working
- Presentable and can relate well with different levels in the organization
