Job Description
- Regular weekly progress reporting
- Consolidate and review Philpost JV budget. Control and monitoring of disbursements based on approved budget
- Assist in preparation of FS, Cash Flow & other financial reporting requirements
- Preparation of invoices/progress to our joint venture partner Philippine Postal Office
- Control and monitoring of collections based on invoices/progress billing
- Control and ensure validity of disbursements based on supporting documents
- Process payroll for all employees
- Preparation of check vouchers for disbursements such as payroll, purchases, vendor payments and utilities
- Control and monitoring of all Fixed Assets purchased for the project
- Monitor the timely preparation and payment of various taxes as they fall due
- Provide support to Project Accountant by controlling and ensuring completeness of relevant documents supporting all receipts and disbursements for the project
- Assist the Project Accountant in bank reconciliation and maintenance of books of accounts
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- BS Accountancy
- 2-3 years of experience in General Accounting
- Experience in Billing and Collection
- Knowledge in BIR filings and taxes reconciliation
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
