Job Description
AUTHORITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Recruitment Coordinator shall act as the Lead Recruiter.
- He/She shall initiate the sourcing activities, posting, and coordination with the requesting unit and job board administration under the guidance of the HR Manager to support the usiness hiring needs.
- He/She is also responsible in the documentation and report preparation.
- He/She shall supervise the recruitment activities and flow of candidates throughout the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- He/She shall monitor that each Recruitment Staff meets the target recruitment average per week.
- Also, being the Lead Recruiter, he/she will be tasked to handle technical recruitment following specifications approved by the Department Head and the Management.
- Further, the Recruitment Coordinator is expected to recommend effective ways of sourcing like job boards, campus recruitment and on-line recruitment initiatives.
- He/She may represent the company at job fairs, recruiting events and open houses activitites upon instruction of the HR Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Technical Recruitment is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Familiarity in using job boards
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must be time bounded and result oriented
- Must be highly organized, flexible and proactive
- With good leadership skills
