Job Description
- Coordinates with the Project Contractors, Construction and Project Management Staff for survey requirements, job instructions and work schedules.
- Schedule joint survey works, sets priorities as field conditions warrant and organizes resources for effective and satisfactory work performance.
- Performs field surveys, collate field data and field-edit survey results prepared and processed by office survey Operations.
- Submits field survey outputs/reports with accuracy and completeness of required information before the same is finalized at Head Office
- Sets out reference points for construction and development works
- Perform random checks in land development and housing activities as construction work progress.
- Validates Contractor billing against actual accomplishments.
- Executes engineering and other detail surveys as may be required jointly with Contractor’s Survey Team.
- Establish permanent control stations at strategic locations within project areas for future reference.
- Resolves field problems within his capability or submits immediate report thereof for resolutions by others.
- Prepares and submits regular reports on progress of accomplishments.
- Accounts for all assigned survey tools, equipment and vehicle
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
