Job Description

The Sales Recruitment Manager will report to the SAVP of Sales Recruitment and Training. His/her main function is to conduct targeted selection interview for sales applicants preferably from the real estate industry.

Duties involve: recommending hiring decisions based on the interview to support overall sales recruitment requirement of all sales clusters within the organization; conduct regular and adhoc performance review/coaching with the Sales Recruitment Staff/Officers who needs it; maintain communication with the sales cluster heads and leadership for recruitment requirement and standard; ensure that policies and procedure are implemented and followed through all the sales clusters nationwide; and prepare and submit regular and ad hoc sales recruitment reports.

SOURCING OF SALES APPLICANTS

  • Source from personal network for SD level
  • Implement initiatives thru SRO's/Recruitment staff
  • Initiate and implement effective recruitment activities on a regular basis
  • Monitor the productivity of Recruitment Staff/Officers to ensure sourcing targets are met

INTERVIEW

  • Conduct interviews with sales applicants (specifically for Sales Managers and other positions as may be assigned by the SAVP)
  • Be able to interpret and support interview decisions for appreciation/review of the hiring managers
  • Communicate negotiations in case of policy deviation

PERFORMANCE REPORTING & DOCUMENTATION

  • Preparation and submission of regular recruitment reports to the Sales Recruitment
  • Maintain custody of all application, recruitment, and assessment forms with confidentiality

AD HOC

  • Perform other tasks assigned by the SAVP
  • Monitor coordination of results of applications of sellers with Cluster Heads/Sales groups
  • Act as point of contact of Sales Groups/Cluster Heads for end-to-end recruitment and in the absence of the SAVP or when so assigned
  • Keep himself/herself abreast with the industry changes and develop own skills to adapt to it

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT & ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

  • Monitor and supervisor deliverables of sales recruitment team to ensure productivity and complete documentation to meet affiliation standards
  • Train and evaluate staff sourcing and screening/interviewing skills to maintain quality of hires
  • Ensure overall department integrity and discipline through adherence to company policies

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management/Psychology/Business Administration/Mass Communication
  • Minimum of one (1) year of work experience in a supervisory role in Sales Recruitment, preferably in the real estate industry or equivalent
