COST PLANNING AND BUDGET BREAKDOWN - Provides technical expertise in the development of policies and procedures in relation to specific cost planning trade.
PREPARE TENDER AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, INCLUDING BILLS OF QUANTITIES AND SPECIFIC TRADE -Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work. Participate during pre-bid and bid conferences to answer queries together with the design consultants.
PROJECT FINANCIAL MONITORING - Ensure that projects are in a workable cost range and practical timeline.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess a Professional License Civil Engineering or equivalent
- At least 2 years of related work experience in hospitality, high-rise or mixed-use development
