- Develop and manage brokers, whether individual or group.
- Create programs and activities that promote patronage and loyalty to the company's projects, directives, and objectives.
- Increase the number of active affiliated brokers by recruiting performers.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets as identified by the company.
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate, preferrably from a Business course.
- With at least 2 years experience in the real estate industry managing brokers
- With experience in organizing sales activities such as open houses, planning conferences and sales awards
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Must be energetic, driven, and results oriented
- Taken and or passed Broker's Licensure Exam is an advantage
