Job Description
The Accounts Payable (AP) Accountant is responsible in ensuring that processing of all payments is in compliance with existing Policies and Procedures (P&Ps) for Processing of Payment.
I. PAYMENT “RFP” PROCESSING
- Process RFPs in compliance with the P&Ps for Processing of Payment
- Daily updating of RFP monitoring sheet
- Coordinate with SCM for unusual RFPs
II. TAXES - Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual Summary Alphalist for BIR filing and submission.
III. ADMINISTRATIVE - Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of all Accounting documents and files.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) is an advantage.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably at least 1 year experience specialized in bookeeping, accounts payable, payment processing or equivalent.
