Job Description
Position Summary:
The Customer Service Representative handles all client's inquiries, requests, and complaints thru telephone call and email and direct coordination with other departments involved. Duties involve: personally attending to the client's transaction relating to unit turnover (repairs/rectification) of Filinvest projects.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications, Competencies, and Skills Required:
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in any related field
- With at least three (2) years of work experience in Customer Service in the real estate industry
- Preferably with a technical background (repair/unit rectification)
