Job Summary

The Inventory Controller is in-charge of validating the inventory unit to be uploaded based on the approved documents submitted. Duties involve uploading, alteration of projects, updating of inventory, set up financing scheme, pricing scheme and EAM based on the approved documents endorsed by Management for booking of sales in the system. He/ she is responsible for the accuracy of the data uploaded in the system. The Data Analyst is in-charge of evaluating, analyzing, and adjusting the approved changes on the customer’s computerized records for head office and regional office accounts. He/ she is also applying, transferring and monitoring unapplied buyers’ payments.

The Commission Processor is in-charge of releasing ales commission. Duties involve processing and monitoring of the computation and release of sales commission for the sellers based on the complied milestones. He/ she is responsible for the accuracy of the net commission amount released to the sellers.

Description of Functions

As Inventory Controller, His/Her Functions Are:

• Uploading of new projects, alteration of projects, updating of inventory unit price, and pricelist in the system.
• Set up Financing Scheme, Pricing Scheme, EAM, and assignment of created Financing Scheme, Pricing Scheme, and EAM to the newly uploaded project/ unit based on the approved documents endorsed by Management Group/ Business Development Group to be used for booking sales in the system.
• Prepare JO request to IT-based on the submitted approved document for backend adjustment of inventory unit, e.g. TLP modification. Change of Product Type and Area Type, etc.
• Compilations of submitted approved documents request for system uploading, adjustment, and tagging.

As Data Analyst, His/Her Functions Are:

• Evaluate the approved buyer’s request against the existing data in the system.
• Analyze data that are to be placed on the buyer’s ledger according to the approved requests.
• Adjust the approved changes to the customer’s computerized records.
• Apply and transfer buyer’s payments and bank take-outs.
• File all requested forms for future reference.

Process and Release of Commission on Accounts with Completed Milestone.

• Check seller commission hierarchy and rate
• Ensure resigned sellers is disincentive
• Prepare commission deduction of the sellers
• Process commission payments on accounts with completed milestone qualified in the system.
• Release to A/P group all CWT certificates prepared corresponding to commission payments made.

Processing of Seller's Cash Advance in FAI Commission System

• Validate the requirements for cash advance qualification
• Ensure cash advance amount released is within the approved memo
• Process Cash Advance by preparing invoice Entry and RFP
• Prepare commission deduction for the cash advance released to the sellers.

Qualifications:

• Basic- Writes clearly and informatively (email, memos, letters, reports)
• Basic- Can use Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
• Intermediate- Review and verify data in hardcopy or electronic format
• Intermediate- Monitors own work to ensure quality
• Graduate of BS in Accountancy
• With at least 2 years of experience working in any related field
