- Set up dining area within required specification and standard.
- Determined and checks the availability of stocks and equipment (checks chinaware and glasses for their cleanliness and condition. Replaced the damage one), utensils (spoon and fork), supplies (napkins) and condiments.
- Guides and coaches dining staff (trainees and co-waiter/waitress).
- Be friendly, relaxed and hospitable. Help guest into their chairs starting with ladies
- Check menus for cleanliness. Present menu to the ladies first, men last.
- Take the order from guest (ladies first, men last).
- Suggestive selling and promotes new product/menu offering.
- Help guest to the appropriate food item selection. Describe food items to them.
- Make sure to ask the guest how they would like the red meat to be cooked (Rare, Medium Rare, Well Done).
- Remove the menu from each guest in a fashionable way after taken the order.
- Ensure that the guest receives exactly what they ordered.
- Checks customer’s service. Make follow-up visits to guests tables.
- Thanks the guest and ask for repeat patronage.
Minimum Qualifications
- With 2 or 3 Years working In fine dining or 3 to 5 Star Hotel;
- Preferably, Male;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
