Job Description
- Make innovations for the creation of company procedures and policies as a means for improving company practice, work and organizational structure
- Spearheads the Franchise Team in the preparation and analysis of the franchise revenue report, recommends immediate action to challenged stores and promotes business sustainability.
- Builds long-term relationships with new and existing business partners/franchisee.
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the assigned department.
- Leads the company’s Franchise department towards to overall goal of developing more franchisees and sustaining current franchisees for the company’s brands.
- Defines long term organizational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
- Supports Franchisees to ensure their overall success.
- Responsible for building the brand, sourcing and developing new franchisees. Manage existing and new partners.
- Responsible for leading, guiding, coaching and developing the people below him/her in the Franchise department.
- Works with the internal team and other departments to increase sales opportunities.
- Lead the communications channel with franchisees to ensure clear communications from head office to franchisees.
- Strategizes innovative ideas and ways to build brand equity and promote the brand’s awareness.
- Lead the company’s participation in franchise shows and fairs.
- Prepare reports and quarterly business reviews for management committees evaluating administrative services, and present department accomplishments, plans and programs of the entire department for the coming quarters.
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate, minimum.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- Good understanding of financial statements, analysis, and numbers.
- Driven, passionate, can work under pressure
- Flexible, with a think-outside-the-box attitude
- Strong interpersonal and PR skills
- Works well with others and has a leadership mindset and attitude
- Knows how to drive, willing to travel and do business trips
- Minimum of 3-5 years intermediate
