Job Description
- Implements administrative rules, policies, and procedures; Provides administrative and clerical functions and manage budget resources
- Handles the request for office supplies including inventory and safekeeping of office supplies.
- Prepares Request for Payment (RFP) for payables in the branch and submit to assigned personnel in the
- Will be assigned in the Head Office
- Assists the Head Office of sourcing and processing of applicants for existing manpower needs within the given timeline per position.
- Answers and routes phone calls and respond to message as needed
- Monitor and manage expenses of the branch; encodes online petty cash
- Collects and submits daily accomplishment report of branch staff to Head Office
- Assists employees to file to the Head Office the application for government compensations such as SSS,
- Pag-ibig, Philhealth, and other related concerns such as filing of leaves, absences, etc.
- Prepares and checks employees Daily Time Record and submit to assigned Operation Specialist -HO every morning
- People Management: Attendance, Tardiness and/or Absenteeism as well as coaching
- Prepares transportation forms for land travel and encode to PCF Google Form.
- Summarizes Job Orders Accomplishment Report per service rendered and per business area and
- Manpower Update and submit it to the Operation Specialist every 8-am daily.
- Validates photos attached in the UMS to support per Field Findings
- Prepares a summary of DTR for payroll and submit to assigned personnel in the Head Office every cut-off;
- Issues payslip to employees
- Prepares monthly billing statement which will be submitted to Branch Head
- Conducts inventory of all operation Equipment after the reading cycle and submit to IT- Head Office
- Collects and transmit to the remitting bank all payments coming from clients and forward all receipts to the
- assigned Accounting Staff-HO
- Maintain, updates, and ensures the confidentiality of employees' documents in the branch.
- Handles Customer Service Complaints (Walk-in/ Phone calls)
- Adheres to all company rules and regulations
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Must be a Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- With excellent written and oral communication skills
- Has Strong Leadership Skills and Planning/Organizing Skills
- Computer Literate
