Job Description
- In-charge of the company’s job posting
- Evaluates and schedules applicants for the exam and interview
- Conducts initial screening and interview
- Conducts background check of applicants
- Schedules qualified applicants for final interview of the Managing Director
- Advises applicants to complete the pre-employment requirements
- Schedules the training of applicants after completion of the pre-employment requirements
- Prepares learnership agreement/training contract of employees
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Psychology or Business Administration
- With or without experience but expreience in recruitment is an advantage
- Excellent team player
- Adaptable and flexible
- Detail oriented
- Good oral and written communication skills
