Job Description
- Check/verify the daily output of the AP Accounting Analysts, AR Accounting Analyst and Inventory & Capex Analyst.
- Reconcile all temporary/clearing accounts in General Ledger as well as BS Ledgers.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing.
- Encode data entry of payroll and accruals in the Journal module of ERP system.
- General Trial Balance and analyze the accounts for possible adjustment/correction.
- Preparation of Financial Statement Report.
- Provide account analysis for expenses/accounts as well as variance analysis.
- Preparation of vat relief, alphalist of withholding on expanded and compensation and ensure timely compliance to Government agencies.
- Resolve concern/issues reported by Accounting Analyst.
- Escalate unresolved concern/issues reported by Accounting Analyst to Accounting Manager for final solution.
- Assist the Accounting Manager in preparation of Budget and Forecast.
- Administer and monitor the Budget module.
- Maintain the SL Code, Bank Master and Non-Trade Supplier's Master Data in ERP System.
- Attend meeting, budget and forecast review and orientation.
- Safekeeping of BIR & SEC documents for future reference/audit.
- Perform other duties assign from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Applicant must be a graduate of BS Accountancy
- Must have at least five (5) years of experience as Accounting Supervisor
- Must have experience in whole cycle of accounting and tax
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
