Job Description

  • Process client transactions and requirements
  • Take charge in promoting, marketing, and selling Federal Land properties
  • Foster professional networks to sell & offer Federal Land's properties (condominiums)
  • Primary holder of consumer and customer/channel understanding and catalyst for consumer (end user) / customer (possibly buyer or investor)
  • Preparing for detailed annual project, channel and geographic plans
  • Leads the thinking and crafting and/or ensures the excellent execution of activation plans (showroom, exhibits) as well as channel designed programs for the brands/ projects and manages the returns on these activations.
  • Ensures that sales processes, tools, and policies are current, relevant and drive demand.
  • Responsible for monitoring and maintaining excellent performance of his/her sales team
  • Responsible for recruiting and training a group of qualified and active sellers (Real Estate Agents / Property Specialists – Sales Managers)
  • Serves as a role model for the sales team in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits
  • Conducts regular coaching and counseling to build motivation and selling skills
  • Responsible for hitting monthly/quarterly/annual business targets of the team
  • Will be able to lead group of sellers / real estate agents

Key Competencies

  • Must be comfortable and have basic skill sets in technology: use of mobile phones, laptops tablets
    • Minimum requirements are the ability to use Microsoft Office products especially Excel, word, and PowerPoint
    • Ability in data extraction and analysis a distinct advantage – must be able to work with databases and coding within preferred software suites (e.g. Excel)
  • Must have advanced and proven commercial and financial skill sets;
    • Ability to understand basic management accounting and financial accounting principles and formulas
    • Comfortable with mental math
    • Must understand the advanced workings of financial statements and balance sheets
  • Customer Focus: must have the ability to:
    • Identify and understand consumer or end-user segments and clearly define insights that will spell out opportunities for his or her business unit
    • Must have a clear sense of the channel or distinct selling sector that his or her end users leverage
    • Must have a basic or clear understanding of the marketing that influences the real estate industry and applies these to his or her plans.
  • Leadership: Motivating and Directing a team.
    • Understand the dynamics of a performance-driven organization
    • Knows and apply key result areas and key performance indicators systems to ensure the delivery of profitable, sustainable and predictable sales growth
    • Ensures his or her team is adequately immersed in the knowledge, skills, and development of the attitude to deliver on the performance requirements of the role
    • He or she is a mentor and coach and is the front line Trainor of the team members under him or her.
    • Serves as an example of ethical, moral and professional behavior and consistently models the values of the company
    • Has the openness to admit shortcomings and equally has the courage to accept help from others

    • Understands the dynamics of short-term, (3-4 months), mid-term (6-18 months) and long-term (12 -36 months) delivery of the business

Minimum Qualifications

Technical Qualifications

  • Applicants outside this norm are welcome to apply but will be subject to other qualifying criteria.
  • Confirmed tertiary level graduate (university/college) or possess its CHED qualified equivalent. Possessing a master’s degree in business is a distinct advantage. Other similar post-graduate degrees or certifications also an advantage.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. Candidates will undergo testing to validate these.
  • At least 10 years of experience in real estate industry
  • No criminal record or any obligations with previous employers is a must.
  • Can refer Sales Managers (with his/her own group of Real Estate Agents / Property Specialists) to be part of his/her division
  • Preferably Certified in Real Estate (Licensed Brokers)
