Job Description
Regular Tasks
- Performs revenue recognition on SAP (NPV computation, billing, and buyer's ledger maintenance)
- Obtains monthly approved Project Cost from Finance and coordinate with PPD in the uploading of the said Project Cost as pre-requisite in running the revenue recognition program
- Performs bank reconciliation and prepares report showing details of Deposit in Transit, Outstanding checks, and other reconciling items
- Adjusts cash balance on reconciling items noted such as bank charges, interest income, checkbook fee, forex, book error, unrecorded receipts, and clearing of cash in SAP
- Requests bank advice from Treasury and sends list of LC Charges and Final Duties not yet recorded by Accounting-Construction Team
Month-End Process & Reporting
- Reviews GL accounts and applies appropriate adjusting entries such as accrual, reversal, or correction
- Prepares Stand Alone Financial Statements
- Prepares all necessary supporting schedules to Financial Statements
- Prepares Financial report (Highlights, GP Analysis, etc.) for FLI Execom
Occasional, Special Duties, Special Projects
- Budget Preparation- submits actual opening expenses with assumptions
- SGC Audit - submits trial balance, schedules and supporting documents as required in Audit
- BIR Audit - coordinates and submits requirements requested, Files and monitors documents submitted and correspondence received
- Complies with ad hoc reports requested by superiors or management
Minimum Qualifications
- Licensed CPA
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as an Accounting Officer or Supervisor
- Real estate background is preferred
