Job Description
- Reviews vouchers prepared by staff relating to A/R None Trade - Interco/Cash Advances, Leasing, and Property Management.
- Review tax computation and tax returns of FLI and Subsidiaries prepared by staff.
- Reconcile base, outstanding balances of creditable withholding taxes, input VAT and output VAT with FS balances, and supporting reports used in FS reporting.
- Review income tax of FLI subsidiaries to ensure that they are computed in accordance with the relevant tax laws.
- Coordinate with external auditors on the annual and interim tax compliance review of FLI and Subsidiaries, as well as special engagements.
- Browse througgh new tax regulations and rulings issued by BIR.
Minimum Qualifications
- CPA/Lawyer is preferred.
- Preferably with tax compliance experience.
- Knowledgeable in real estate taxation.
- Exposure/previous dealings with BIR/SEC dealings.
