Job Description
Job Purpose:
Helps end users with the operation and functionality of software applications. Works with both clients and development team in identifying and resolving issues.
Essential Job Functions / Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze the health of application system by understanding the key business indicators and provide operation and maintenance support
- Act as L1/L2 support to multiple platforms and respond to inquiries from clients globally to maintain high client retention
- Manage Incidents, Problems and Changes and assist in Capacity Management of our systems
- Participate as mid/ night or weekend shift emergency point of contact and be willing to support different shifts to maintain stability and customer support
- Improve product documentation by consistently reporting errors and suggesting corrections and resolutions
- Work in teams alongside developers, QA testers and UI/UX designers to ensure all elements of web creation are consistent.
Minimum Qualifications
Skills and Qualifications:
- +2 years experience working in Application Support and/or Technical Helpdesk, from a software development background.
- Experience on JIRA or any service desk tools and Confluence or other knowledge and IT management tools
- Has strong organizational skills and has a high sense of urgency while maintaining calm under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficient English and experience working with multi-national teams
- Knowledge of Azure or other cloud solution services is a plus
- Technical knowledge in using programming tools (Development or supporting an application) desired
- Amenable to work on site and on shifting schedule
