Job Description
- This position is in charge of Digital Marketing strategy with the primary objective of increasing new customers.
- Develop multi-channel marketing campaigns to convert & retain customers, backed by strong analytical skills
- Create new customer acquisition programs that would drive traffic to site and achieve Returns on Ad Spent.
- Understand and provide insights on customer behavior based on media activity & related site behavior using Google Analytics.
- Review product, customer satisfaction/feedback, and recommend action points based on data and business strategy.
- Work with internal departments, media agency & creative teams from planning to implementing campaigns.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): strong communication skills, public relations, media marketing, digital marketing
- Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Digital Marketing or equivalent.
