Job Description
Marketing
- Co-ordinate and assist execution for events, media familiarization & theme cruises preparation for Star Cruises’ fleet.
- Assist in crafting creative executions for brand collaterals and flyer designs.
- Source for new strategic partners to run promotional tie-ups, corporate gifts purchase, etc.
- Aid in with ad and media agency liaison for creative, copywriting and production of advertising and marketing collaterals.
- Source for new online and off-line, as well as digital & social media advertising and promotion channels to create brand awareness.
- Responsible for daily media news coverage - both clippings and digital – for HK Corporate Communications submission.
- To prepare cruise sponsorship vouchers & gift letter for contra/barter arrangements with strategic partners.
- Other marketing duties as assigned by the Management.
Sales
- Prepare and send out proposals
- Assist and support sales team with administrative duties
- Assist sales person to do follow-up when they are not available
- Assist team in all sales processes eg. Quotations, payments, passenger details submission, amendment, and cancellation
- Answer all incoming inquiries via phone and web
- Assist and participates in road shows
- Assist to conduct ship tours
- Prepare necessary reports for the team to monitoring sales
- Daily routine on team's administrative work
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing Management, or any related course
- Must be currently enrolled in OJT/Internship subject
- Internship is for 6 months and must be able to work full-time
- Knowledgeable in Adobe Photoshop
- Excellent communication skills
- Amenable to work during weekends and render overtime
- Good interpersonal skills
- Willing to work in Newport City, Pasay City
- Can start this October
*School endorsement must be presented
