Job Description
- Attracts potential customers by attending to their product and service queries; suggesting information about Star Cruises products and services.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the issue; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Prepares incident or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information, cases/facts through various relevant department
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Other related tasks to meet department objective as assigned by his/her superior
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of a 4-year course, any field
- At least 1 year experience in a call center environment, preferably handling Chinese customers.
- Open to Fresh graduates
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays.
- Good command of English, Mandarin, and Cantonese language is needed for the position. Able to read, write, and converse in both Mandarin and Cantonese.
